This Privacy Policy describes how PocketVolt LLC, doing business as Canned (“Canned,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through shopcanned.com and our Services. By using the Services, you agree to this policy.

• Contact & lead information — your email address, and optionally your café or brand name and details you share, when you use the ROI calculator, sign up for our newsletter, save a design, or respond to an exit-intent prompt.
• Account information — your email and authentication details when you create an account (managed through our authentication provider).
• Your designs & uploads — logos, artwork, colors, and layout choices you upload to design your cans, plus the print files we generate from them.
• Order & subscription information — what you bought, order history, Auto-Ship details, and fulfillment/shipping information.
• Payment information — processed by our payment processor. We receive limited details (such as a payment confirmation and a customer identifier); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device information — basic analytics, cookies, IP address, and device/browser data collected automatically when you visit the Site.

2. How we use your information

• to process orders, print and ship cans, and provide the Machine and Auto-Ship Services;
• to create and manage your account and respond to support requests;
• to send transactional messages (order, shipping, billing, and account notices);
• to send marketing emails you can opt out of at any time;
• to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
• to comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to provide the Services:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
• Resend — sending transactional and marketing emails;
• Clerk — account authentication;
• remove.bg — automated logo/background processing for your designs;
• Vercel — website hosting and file storage; Neon — database hosting;
• print and shipping partners that fulfill your orders.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function and to understand usage through basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

5. Marketing choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email, or by emailing info@shopcanned.com. We will still send you transactional messages related to your orders and account.
