Which seamer should I get?
The Canned seamer ($1,799) is one-button automatic with about a three-second seal, built for daily service. The Canned seamer Pro ($1,899) adds a touch screen, a built-in run counter and a 2.6 second cycle for batch days and wholesale. Both seal every Canned can size with the same double seam.
Do I need spacers or different parts for each can size?
No. The platform lifts each can to the seaming head on its own, so a 4 oz and a 16 oz can run back to back with no spacer discs and nothing to swap. Every Canned can necks down to the same 55 mm mouth.
What drinks can I seal?
Any still, cold drink: cold brew, iced lattes, matcha, lemonade, iced tea, juice, and still batched cocktails where your license allows. Today's clear PET cans are for still drinks. The seamer also seals carbonation-rated cans, and carbonation-ready cans are coming.
Does the can spin while it seals?
No. On both seamers the head rotates around the can while the can and the drink stay still, so a layered drink comes out of the seamer the way you poured it.
What does it need to run?
A standard outlet. The seamer runs on 110V or 220V and the Pro on 100 to 240V. No compressed air and no plumbing.

How long does a sealed can last?
Treat it like fresh, refrigerated product. It is not shelf stable. Keep it cold, date it, and sell it within a few days like you would any cold brew on tap.
